How do I find a family doctor?
Once you have received your BC Services Card and completed your MSP registration:
- Register with Health Connect (English only).
- You will be placed on a waiting list to find a family doctor or nurse practitioner in your area.
Please note: Depending
on your situation, this may take several years!
Temporary solutions
- Visit a walk-in clinic, first come, first served.
- Opt for a virtual consultation.
- Refill certain prescriptions or get medical advice from your pharmacist.
